General Eligibility for Financial Relief

I or my immediate spouse, relative, or significant other has become permanently disabled within the last 5 years.
I or my disabled spouse, relative, or significant other am/is atleast 18 years of age (21 in some states).
I or my disabled spouse, relative, or significant other has atleast one child or dependant.
I or my disabled spouse, relative, or significant other has not recieved disability income benefits outside of state assistance or social security disability income (SSDI).
I or my disabled spouse, relative, or significant other is a USA Citizen.
I or my disabled spouse, relative, or significant other is not recieving medicaid benefits.
